La Catalina, an institution that intends to link the bicycle, the arts, the academy and the environment, with the support of the FEPON (Federation of Students of the National Polytechnic), wanted to carry out a great experience that promotes awareness about sustainable ways of living in society, especially on urban mobility.
BREAF ING
Strategic Station was in charge of the organization, logistics, image, dissemination
and public relations of a youth megafestival that communicated these concepts through of artistic interventions by renowned national music groups, theater and circus arts. In addition, open forums were developed on sustainable mobility, renewable energies
and independent art.
The festival opened with a busy pedal stroke which started from various points in Quito until it converged on the Quito Exhibition Center.
Results
A wide audience of polytechnic students, and from other Quito universities, joined the pedaling festival and
from various points of the city they converged on the CEQ to enjoy
a massive concert that featured
the participation of the most relevant groups in the country's music scene.
